Catlike presents the New Whisper Helmet at Eurobike International Bike Show, together with its brand ambassador and former Spanish professional road racing cyclist Samuel Sánchez.
Sixteen years after the launch of the first Whisper model, we have committed ourselves to present what we call an evolution, a product where engineering and design go hand in hand in a harmonious symbiosis. The main feature of the Whisper helmet – its incredible airflow – is set to be the cornerstone. The design evolved – the “oval” assumes a more linear and consistent shape within an intricate geometric scheme.
The new Whisper represents the beginning of a new chapter for the Catlike range of helmets. It retains the same value proposition that made the first Whisper, launched in 2006, such a successful helmet – an outstanding ventilation performance with a very distinctive design proposition.
This helmet brings the pro ventilation performance of our high-tier models to a more comfortable and affordable package. The fitting was fine-tuned to increase compatibility with every rider. The Whisper features an internal polymer roll cage that distributes the energy from an impact through the whole helmet, while the MIPS low friction layer boosts safety on angled impacts. To complement the superb comfort level, it features a totally new fit system, developed to increase pony-tail compatibility and support to the occipital area.
The New Whisper aims to be a worldwide reference in the sport when it comes to elegance, comfort, safety, and performance, thus proving the high level of demand that we are introducing in this new approach.
The new Whisper will be available in the first semester of 2023.
